Notes:
- The Foundation Series consists of 8 scheduled classes that will introduce trainees to the core movements and concepts of CrossFit. Please contact us for more information.
- The 12 month term package can be paid monthly via credit card at the rate of RM155 per month. All other packages are one-off payments made by cash or cheque.
- For student rates, a valid student card is required for registration.
- All membership rates are correct as of 28th October 2011.

*At PushMore, we insist on good form and technique. All new members are required to attend the Foundation series. These classes will convey and teach the basic concepts and movements used in the workouts that are run at PushMore. Good movement equals a safe and effective workout.
The Workout Program
Our workout program is based on CrossFit – a program that uses constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. Our program uses a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning movements.
Not sure if you can handle the classes? Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We’ve used our program for older adults as well as competitive athletes. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.
Personal Training Sessions
Our trainers are certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE is one of the largest fitness certification, education and training organizations committed to enriching quality of life through safe and effective exercise and physical activity.
ACE is granted accreditation by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) for all its certification programs. NCCA is the accreditation body of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). The NCCA accreditation serves as a benchmark on how organizations should conduct certification. The NCCA accreditation clearly distinguishes the excellence and value of ACE fitness certifications and clearly discriminates between qualified and unqualified fitness professionals.
Clients go through a comprehensive health screening and physical assessment. In the health assessment, the trainer will identify health conditions and possible contraindicated activities. In the physical assessment phase, the client’s fitness level and abilities will be evaluated. Based on these assessments and the client’s goals, the trainer will design an individual program for the client.

Every sport has its own physical demands and challenges. We offer custom designed training programs that will sharpen your team’s competitive edge.
We also conduct team building fitness programs for corporate groups. Our programs are designed to be fun, motivating and challenging.
